A Pre-Demolition Audit identifies the quantity and quality of construction and demolition materials, whilst attempting to identify a new optimal use for such materials.
The reuse of construction and demolition waste has great potential in recycling materials such as gypsum plasterboard, metal and wooden structures, and plastic pipes. Such salvaged material has the possibility to be re-used as materials in doors, furniture, and partition walls amongst other possibilities.
